Exchanges

If something doesn’t fit the way it should,
you may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.

The piece must remain:

• unworn

• unwashed

• in its original condition

• with tags and packaging intact

Return shipping costs are handled by you.

Once received and carefully reviewed,
your new size will be prepared and sent within 7–10 business days.

Refunds

Not everything goes as intended.
If your item arrives defective, we’ll make it right.

Please reach out within 14 days,
sharing your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Images help us understand it better.

If approved, the item will be returned to us,
and your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Important Notes

All returns must remain in their original state —
untouched, unaltered, and complete.

Sale pieces are considered final.
They cannot be returned or exchanged,
unless they arrive with a defect.
